  1. Take oil in a pan and shallow fry besan coated bhindi
  2. Drain all the extra oil.
  3. In another pan, add little amount of oil and add chopped onions.
  4. Cook onions till pink in color.
  5. Add fried bhindi, salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add dry mango powder to give it a tangy taste. Serve hot.
