Instructions
  1. For preparing black eyed beans with broccoli, first cook the black eyed beans in a pressure cooker with salt water.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel over medium-high heat, sautT onion and carrots for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the cooked black eye beans, water, broccoli and Worcestershire sauce. Allow it to cook covered on low flame till the broccoli becomes tender.
  4. Black eyed beans with broccoli is ready.
