Instructions
  1. For preparing blue lagoon, place the pineapple juice in a shallow metal container. Cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2. Roughly break up the frozen pineapple juice with a metal spoon and quickly transfer it into a food processor. Process until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a large jug.
  4. Add in the lemonade and stir until it combines.
  5. Pour the blue curacao and gin among the glasses. Pour over the pineapple mixture.
  6. Blue lagoon is ready. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve immediately.
