Instructions
  1. For preparing boiled chicken dry, boil the chicken in salt water. Drain it completely.
  2. Marinate the chicken with chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder.
  3. SautT onion paste in oil for some time.
  4. Then add in the ginger-garlic paste, salt and tomato paste. Fry it well with curry leaves.
  5. Add in the marinated chicken and lime juice. Mix it well.
  6. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
  7. Boiled chicken dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
