  1. grate bottle gourd and squeeze the water
  2. to this add turmeric, salt, red chili powder 1 sp, gram flour
  3. make it to balls and shallow fry it.
  4. heat oil ,add cumin seeds onion and tomato puree.to this add ginger garlic paste , red chili powder, coriander powder salt and allow to cook.
  5. now add koftas and simmer. and serve with cream or butter as per taste.
