Instructions
  1. For preparing brain cutlets, clean and wash the brains well.
  2. Boil the brains in water for some time.
  3. Cut it into thick slices.
  4. Marinate the brains with turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, salt and pepper powder for 1/2 an hour.
  5. Take two plates. Spread bread crumbs on one of the plates. Beat the eggs and pour it onto the other plate.
  6. Take the brain slices and dip it in the eggs and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  7. Take a frying pan and heat oil in it.
  8. Fry the brain slices on both the sides till it becomes light brown.
  9. Remove it and place it in a plate.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Squeeze lime on top of it before serving.
  12. Brain cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
