Ingredients
  • Brandy – 30ml
  • Egg yolks – 2nos
  • Water 50ml
  • Sugar 200g
Instructions
  1. For preparing brandy custard sauce, melt sugar and water. Prepare sugar syrup.
  2. Beat egg yolks well and add to the syrup.
  3. Add brandy to it and mix well to make a sauce.
  4. Apply butter and pour the mixture. Bake it or steam it.
  5. Unmould and serve chilled.
