Bread Cutlet – North Indian Style
Cutlets made with bread and without using
Bread slices –
Onions(finely chopped, big) –
(finely ground) –
Chilly powder –
(As reqd) –
for frying –
Cut the crust of the bread on all 4 sides and break it up into small pieces.
Mix together onions, green chilly paste, curd, chilly powder and
Mix the bread with the above paste so that all ingredients are mixed well.
Make small flattened balls as in cutlets in any desired shape.
in a pan or a kadai.
Deep fry on both sides, until golden brown.
