  1. chop the onion, tomato and green chili
  2. heat the oil in the pan and temper the ginger and garlic
  3. add onion and green chili and saute it for 2 mins
  4. add tomato and mix well
  5. add red chili powder, salt, garam masala and turmeric powder and mix it
  6. add 1 glass of water and allow to cook for 2 mins
  7. add egg and mix well
  8. now add chopped bread and mix well
  9. allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  10. now bread egg masala is ready to serve
