Instructions
  1. For preparing bread fritters, chop each bread slice into 4 halves. Keep it aside.
  2. In a bowl mix in egg, sugar, maida and salt with required amount of water. Make a lump free thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip each bread pieces in the batter and fry it on both the sides till golden brown in colour.
  5. Bread fritters are ready. Serve immediately along with tea.
