Bread Tuna Fish Cutlet
Cutlets with bread and tuna fish
Bread slices –
Tuna fish(tinned, salted) –
(chopped, big) –
(chopped, medium) –
Chilly powder –
(A few) –
Coriander leaves(chopped) –
(As reqd) –
(well beaten) –
Bread powder (Remove the sides of the bread slices and powder it in a dry mixer to get the bread powder.) –

Masala powder 1 tsp: –

Heat a little

Keep one tuna-masala mix ball on the bread, flatten it and fold the bread to cover the cultlet.
Dip the cutlet in
and roll it in bread powder.
Deep fry it in
, till both sides are light brown in colour.

Keep it on kitchen tissue paper to remove excess
Repeat the procedure with the remaining bread slices.
