  • Bread(remove crumbs and break into small pieces) – 7slices
  • Onion(sliced thin, small size) – 1no
  • Chillies(cut into small pieces) – 1no
  • Carrot(cut into small cubes) – 1no
  • Tomato(cut into small pieces, small size) – 1no
  • Red Potato(cut into small cubes, small size) – 1no
  • Ginger(cut into small cubes) – 1piece
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2tsp
  • Oil 3tsp
  • Mastard seeds –
  • Coriander leaves –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. Pour oil into fry pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter.
  3. Add chopped onions, ginger and then saute till onions are light brown.
  4. Add carrot cubes, potato cubes and chillies to it. Saute for few more time.
  5. Add tomato and saute well.
  6. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and then saute till tomato dries up partially.
  7. Sprinkle some water to it for mixing.
  8. Add bread pieces to it and saute till bread pieces gets mixed well.
  9. Take it out and transfer to plate.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
