Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken breasts – 5nos
  • Black soya sauce – 4tbsp
  • Ajinomotto(Monosodium Glutamate) – 2tbsp
  • Salt 1
  • Pepper(coarsely ground) – 4tbsp
  • Chilli sauce(A dash) –
  • Breadcrumbs –
  • Oil for frying –
Instructions
  1. Cut chicken into thin pieces of any shape you desire.
  2. Marinate overnight with soya sauce, salt, ajinomotto, pepper and chilli sauce.
  3. Roll in breadcrumbs and fry, till golden brown.
