  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry green chillies, garlic pods, tamarind and till brinjal gets cooked.
  2. Grind in a mixer.
  3. Heat little oil in a pan, splutter little mustard, red chillies and the ingredients from mixer.
  4. :- Serve hot!!!
