Broccoli Lemon Poha
This is my own recipe with broccoli and poha. it is a different dish and yummy to taste.

Ingredients
  • Broccoli 1 cup –
  • Flatterd rice/ poha 1 cup –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Red chilli 2 no. –
  • Mustard : 1 tsp –
  • Jeera / cumin seed ½ tsp –
  • Bengal gram : 1 tsp –
  • Broken black gram ½ tsp –
  • Cashew nut 7 no. –
  • Lemon juice 3 tsp –
  • Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Oil : 3 tsp –
  • Curry leaves 1 bunch –
Instructions
  1. In a pan boil the water and put the broccoli and salt allow to boil for 5 mins
  2. Finely chop the onion, red chilli and make lemon juice
  3. In a pan heat the oil and temper the mustard, black and bengal gram
  4. Add Curry leaves and Red chilli.
  5. Now add onion and saute it till it turn brown
  6. Now add Salt and cashew and mix it
  7. Add Broccoli, lemon juice and turmeric and mix well
  8. Add poha / Flattened Rice and Mix well.
  9. Now Broccoli Lemon Poha is Ready. It can be Served as an evening Tiffin
