  1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker and fry the daliya till light brown in color.
  2. Now add sugar and milk.
  3. Cover the cooker and cook until 4 whistles.
  4. In a pan. heat ghee and fry cashew nuts and raisins. Pour this over the kheer.
  5. Broken wheat/dhaliya kheer, a favorite with kids, is ready.
