Bull’s Eye Egg Toast
Bull’s Eye Egg Toast is a instant breakfast recipe with bread and egg.we can call it “Egg in the basket” too…because with the help of a cookie cutter we make a hole in the center of the bread slice and crack the egg straight into the center of the hole.Put the heat in low flame through out the cooking time,so the egg will cook all the way and the bread has a chance to get more brown and crispy.

  1. With a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass or simply with a knife cut a large circle out of the center of the bread.
  2. Heat a butter in a pan and place the bread slices in the pan.
  3. Once both the sides turn golden brown in colour,place one bread slice over the second one ,crack the egg directly in to the center of the pieces of bread from which you cut the circle.
  4. Sprinkle some pepper powder and salt over it.
  5. After 2-3 minutes turn the egg bread combo over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Convert into a plate and serve hot.
Recipe Notes

Cook the bread slices until brown on both sides like toast.
