Cabbage-Dry Prawns Thoran
Cabbage Dry Prawns Thoran, a different Non vegetarian curry in a traditional Kerala style. Cabbage and dry prawns together makes an amazing combo.Chopped cabbage with the addition of small dried prawns , fresh coconut, tampered with cumin seeds, flavoured with turmeric and curry leaves are a perfect match. It can be served with freshly cooked rice.

Instructions
  1. Shallow fry prawns in a pan and keep them aside.
  2. Mix finely grated cabbage and all the other ingredients with enough oil.
  3. Mix well with your hands.
  4. Keep on stove and let the cabbage get cooked.
  5. When half done, add fried prawns and gently mix.
  6. Cook for another 10 mins.
  7. Remove from flame.
  8. :- Serve with rasam or plain moru and rice.
