  1. In bowl add besan flour and rice flour
  2. Add all powder and mix well
  3. Now add cabbage , onions and coriander and curry leave
  4. Add water mix well and keep aside
  5. Now heat oil and deep fry pakoda. serve hot Cabbage pakoda
