Capsicum Mint Chutney
Chutneys have been the most essential dish for south Indian breakfast. Here is an interesting chutney to relish our taste buds. This chutney is rich in vitamin C and it is prepared very easily. The onions and capsicums are sauteed in oil and spiced up with chilies . awesome flavor of mint helps to strengthen the taste of this chutney which goes good with idli and dosas.

  1. slice one onion and capsicum
  2. in oil saute onions and capsicums
  3. add red chili and green chili along with this
  4. add mint and ginger garlic paste
  5. add tomato and salt
  6. off the flame and add coconut and grind to chutney
