Instructions
  1. For preparing capsicum soup, boil water in a vessel with capsicum and tomato. Cook till it becomes soft(2 to 3 minutes). Allow it to cool.
  2. Blend this till it becomes a smooth paste.
  3. Strain the mixture.
  4. Add milk, salt, pepper powder and butter to the strained mixture. Allow it to boil for 6 to 7 minutes.
  5. Capsicum soup is ready. Serve hot.
