Instructions
  1. For preparing carom seed poori¦s, knead a smooth dough with wheat flour, oil, carom seeds, salt and water. Cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside.
  2. Make small balls and roll it out in small circles.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the poori¦s, till golden brown and puffed up.
  4. Carom seed pooris are ready. Serve hot.
