  • Refined flour – 3cups
  • Sugar 3cups
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • Ground cinnamon – 1tsp
  • Egg 3nos
  • Raw carrot(grated) – 1cup
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Melted butter – 300gm
  • Vanilla Essence – 1/2tsp
  1. Preheat the oven to 170C and Grease the cake tray with little butter.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients – 3 cups of Refined flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients – Put 300gms melted butter in a large bowl and beat with 3 cups of sugar. Beat in 3 eggs one at a time, then add in the dry ingredients followed by 1 cup of grated carrot.
  4. Pour the cake mixture into the greased cake tray, and bake for 40 mins or till done. When it`s done, take the cake out of the oven and cool in the cake tray for 10 mins.
  5. :- Carrot Cake is ready!!! :- Remove the Carrot Cake from the tray and serve!! :- Enjoy eating Carrot Cake!!!
