Instructions
  1. For preparing carrot fry, coarsely grind carrot and onion separately in a mixer grinder.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add cloves, cardamom and cinnamon stick.
  4. Add the coarsely ground carrot and onion.
  5. Then add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and ginger-garlic paste.
  6. Fry it on a medium flame for about 15 mins.
  7. Toss in the grated coconut and fry, until the raw smell is gone.
  8. Add garam masala powder and stir well. Remove from the flame.
  9. Carrot fry is ready.
