Ingredients
  • Carrot 3 –
  • Sugar : 1 cup –
  • Milk : 1 cup –
  • Cardamompowder 2 tsp –
  • Ghee 1 tablespoon –
  • Cashew nut – 6 –
  • Badam 6 –
  • Pista. 6 –
Instructions
  1. Slice carrot in to very small size
  2. Heat a pan add ghee
  3. Add carrot and stir until it gets half cooked
  4. Add milk
  5. Allow it to get cooked and boiled
  6. Add cardamom powder stir well
  7. When its boiled add the sugar and stir well until sugar melts and wait until it reaches a pulpy state
  8. Then fry nuts in ghee
  9. Add this nuts to the carrot halwa and stir well
  10. Our halwa us ready serve hot or chilled
