  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing carrot soup, cook the carrots in vegetable stock with a pinch of salt in low flame. Drain it and keep the broth.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and saute the onions and garlic till transparent.
  3. Blend the cooked carrots with the sauted onions and garlic.
  4. Add lemon juice and pepper powder and blend it again.
  5. Pour the broth into the blender.
  6. Carrot soup is ready. Serve hot.
