  • Carrot(grated) – 4nos
  • Pottu kadalai powder – 1cup
  • Red chillies(chopped) – 4nos
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 3tbsp
  • Onion(chopped thinly) – 2nos
  • Ginger(grated) – 1/2tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Oil 1/4ltr
  1. Mix together pottu kadalai powder, grated carrot, red chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, onions and salt in a bowl with little water.
  2. Make the mix into small balls, flatten it to form medium thick shapes and drop them in boiling oil.
  3. Turn over both sides until they become golden brown colour and crispy.
  4. :- Serve immediately.
