Instructions
  1. For preparing cashew beef gravy, soak cashew nuts in water for 30 minutes and grind it into a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a pressure cooker and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add in the curry leaves and onion paste. SautT them.
  4. Then add in the ginger-garlic paste and cumin powder. SautT for 2 minutes on low flame.
  5. Sprinkle in chilly powder, turmeric powder and meat masala. Fry for 1 minute on low flame.
  6. Now toss in the tomatoes, beef, salt and some water. Close the lid and allow it to whistle till the beef is tender.
  7. Pour in the lemon juice and cashew nut paste. Mix well and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder.
  9. Cashew beef gravy is ready. Serve hot with rice, parota, chapatti, etc.
