  • Cashew nuts/Kaju(ground to a fine powder) – 1/2cup
  • Milk powder – 2tbsp
  • Sugar(powdered) – 1/2cup
  • Cardamom(Elakka) – 1/4tsp
  • Milk(Little) –
  • Ghee 1/2tbsp
  1. For preparing cashew/kaju barfi, mix together ground cashew nuts, milk powder, sugar, cardamom, milk and ghee. combine well using hand.
  2. Spread the dough in a smooth surface and cut into diamonds.
  3. Bake the cashew burfi in an oven till top turns golden brown in color.
  4. Cashew/kaju burfi, a popular North Indian after dinner dessert, is ready. Enjoy.
