Instructions
  1. For preparing cauliflower potato dry, first soak cauliflower florets in water for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes.
  3. Then steam the potatoes for 20 minutes or till done.
  4. In a bowl mix in chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt along with a dash of water.
  5. Marinate the potato and cauliflower in the above mixture for 20 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds with curry leaves.
  7. Saute in the onions and tomatoes.
  8. Add in the marinated potato and cauliflower. Saute it well.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves and garam masala.
  10. Cauliflower potato dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
