  • Raw jackfruit – 1medium
  • Coconut 2cup
  • Green chilly – 4
  • garlic 1clove
  • Fennel seed 1tbsp
  • Red chilly powder – 1/4tsp
  • Tumericpowder – 1/2tsp
  • Salt
  • For seasoning: –
  • Curry leaves 2string
  • dry red Philly – 5
  • Mustard seed – 1/2
  • Oil 2tbsp
  1. Take a mixer grinder and add grated coconut,green chilly,fennel seed and garlic.
  2. Grind it for 3 seconds
  3. Cut the jackfruit into small pieces.Take a pressure cooker and add jackfruit,chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt and 1/4 Cup water.
  4. Add ground coconut on the top of the jackfruit,don’t mix it.Cook it for 1 whistle.
  5. Mix well the cooked jackfruit.
  6. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seed.Add curry leaves and fry red chilly.
  7. Add cooked jackfruit and mix well.
  8. Tasty chakka ularthiyath is ready
