Ingredients
  • channa 1 cup –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Carrot : 1 no –
  • coconut 2 piece –
  • Lemon juice : 2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • pepper 1/2 tsp –
  • Coriander leaves : to garnish –
Instructions
  1. soak the channa in water for 3 hours and boil it by adding water and salt, allow for 5 whistles
  2. finely chop the onion and grate the carrot and coconut
  3. in a bowl add boiled channa, chopped onion, grated coconut, carrot, salt, lemon juice and pepper
  4. mix well, until the spice get mix well
  5. garnish with coriander leaves. channa salad is ready
