  1. Cook moong dal with 2 cup water with turmeric powder until soft for 5 minutes.
  2. Add cheera or spinach leaves before dal cooked well.
  3. Add coconut into fine paste with cumin seeds onion and green chilly
  4. Add this coconut paste to cheera dal mix.Cook for 3 minutes on light flame ,Do not over cook after adding coconut.
  5. Add salt and water and boil for 2 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard,when it splutters add red chilly and curry leaves and add it to curry.Boil for 2 minutes and now ready to serve with ghee and rice
