Instructions
  1. For preparing cheesy lamb sandwich, in a bowl, mix in olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Spread this oil mixture onto the toasted bread.
  3. Place the bread slices, oiled sides up, on a baking sheet.
  4. Place few slices of lamb on top of each slice. On top of the lamb slices place finely sliced tomatoes.
  5. Then place the sliced cheese over it with chopped olives.
  6. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius, until the cheese is golden brown and starts to melt.
  7. Cheesy lamb sandwich is ready. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
