  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Onion(finely cubed, big) - 1 no

  • Mutton masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Peanuts(roasted and crushed) - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing cheesy mutton balls, in a pressure cooker cook the mutton mince with salt and water. Drain out the water completely.
  2. Mean while cook the potatoes and green peas till done. Drain the water well and mash only the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl mix in mutton mince, mashed potatoes, green peas, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, grated cheese, mutton masala, green chillies, crushed peanuts, salt and coriander leaves.
  4. Make lemon sized balls and keep it aside.
  5. In a small bowl, beat the eggs along with a pinch of salt and keep it aside.
  6. In another plate spread bread crumbs and keep it aside.
  7. Dip each ball into the egg mixture and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Keep aside.
  8. Heat oil for deep frying and fry the balls till it turns to golden brown in colour.
  9. Remove the fried balls and place it on a tissue paper.
  10. Cheesy mutton balls are ready. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup or chutney.
