  1. Fry the ingredients for masala and grind it to a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a big pan or a pressure cooker.
  3. Add cinnamon, cloves and chopped onions and saute, till the onions turn golden brown.
  4. Add chicken and ground masala and saute for 5 mins.
  5. Add tomato and salt.
  6. Add water and pressure cook it for 10 – 15 mins.
  7. :- If you are cooking in a pan, cook, till chicken is tender.
  8. :- Serve hot with rice or chappathis.
