Instructions
  1. For preparing chick peas dry, first cook chickpeas in water and salt in a pressure cooker.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add in the curry leaves, onions, tomato, green chillies and garlic. Mix well.
  4. Then add in the cooked chickpeas, turmeric powder, chilly powder and coconut. Allow it to cook till dry. Add salt if required.
  5. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper powder and mix well. Remove from the flame.
  6. Chick peas dry is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
