  • Carrot(peeled and grated) - 1/2 cup
  • Potato(peeled, finely cubed and cooked) - 1 cup
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 1/2 cups
  • Onions(chopped) - 300 g
  • Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 4 nos
  • pizza sauce - 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken cheese pie, first heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions with a little salt till it becomes transparent.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and allow it to cook on low flame.
  3. Then add in the tomatoes and allow it to cook. Remove and keep aside.
  4. Rub the butter in the maida until it looks like bread crumbs.
  5. Knead this into a dough with a little water.
  6. Roll out the dough to 2 big chapattis that can fit the pie tin.
  7. Spread the pizza sauce on 1 of the rolled out dough and spread in the chicken mixture.
  8. Spread in the grated cheese, grated carrot and cooked potatoes.
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  10. Place the second layer to cover the top. Pinch the edges and cut out any excess on the sides.
  11. Prick the top layer with a fork and brush the top with a little butter. Bake it in a pre-heated oven for 20 minutes.
  12. Chicken cheese pie is ready. Serve hot.
