  • Boneless Chicken(cubed) - 2 cups
  • Noodles - 1 packet
  • Onion(finely sliced) - 1 no
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) - 1 spring
  • garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
  • Bean sprouts - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage(grated) - 1 cup
  • Carrot(peeled and grated) - 3 nos
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly oil(As reqd) -
  • Peanut oil - 2 tbsp
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken chowmein, cook the noodles in boiling salt water and then drain it. Wash it under tap water and mix it in peanut oil. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat chilly oil in a vessel and fry the boneless chicken pieces with a pinch of salt.
  3. When the chicken pieces becomes light brown sautT in the onions and garlic for 2 minutes on low flame.
  4. Toss in the grated carrot, grated cabbage, spring onions and bean sprouts. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Sprinkle in required soya sauce and pepper powder.
  6. Add in the cooked noodles and mix well. Remove it from the flame.
  7. Chicken chowmein is ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
