  • Chicken pop – 2

  • Crab flakes – 100gm
  • Cream of Corn Can – 1no
  • Eggs – 2nos
  • Corn Starch – 1tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  1. Cook chicken in a pressure cooker.
  2. :- You can fill up ur cooker with 5 glasses of water or as much you want.
  3. Drain the stock and in a vessel continue heating the stock.
  4. Shred the chicken pieces and remove the bones.
  5. Add the cream of corn to the boiling stock on low flame.
  6. Add the shredded chicken and mix it.
  7. Take 1 tbsp of corn starch powder and mix with water till it gets dissolved and add this to the water and mix it.
  8. :- It will start getting thicker.
  9. Finally add 2 eggs.
  10. Use a chenni(filter tray) and pour the egg into ingredients and keep mixing so that the egg gets cooked spilting over.
  11. Once the egg gets fluffy and the soup is pretty cooked, turn off the gas.
  12. :- Serve in a bowl.
  13. :- You can add salt, pepper or soy sauce for taste.
