Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken in coriander gravy, grind coriander leaves, garlic and green chillies with a little water. Make it into a thick paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel. Fry the onion till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add in chilly powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. SautT well.
  4. Then add in the tomatoes and fry it well.
  5. Pour in the coriander paste and add in the salt.
  6. Toss in the chicken pieces with a little water for the chicken to cook.
  7. Allow it to cook on low flame with the lid covered.
  8. Once it is cooked, sprinkle pepper powder and add in lemon juice. Remove it from the flame.
  9. Chicken in coriander gravy is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, porotta, etc.
