Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken in pistachio gravy, grind pistachio with coconut milk to make a fine paste. Keep it aside.
  2. Fry onion in oil till it becomes transparent.
  3. Add in the ginger-garlic paste and fry well.
  4. Then add in chilly powder, turmeric powder, tomato and garam masala. Fry till the oil separates.
  5. Toss in the chicken pieces with a little water and mix well. Allow it to cook on low flame with a closed lid.
  6. Pour in the pistachio paste and allow it to simmer for some time.
  7. Sprinkle pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
  8. Chicken in pistachio gravy is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, porotta, etc.
