  • Chicken breast - 800 g
  • Onion(chopped, big) - 1 no
  • garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Canned tomatoes(peeled) - 200 g
  • Fresh tomatoes(chopped) - 150 g
  • Red peppers(cut into strips and roasted) - 1 no
  • Green peppers(cut into strips and roasted) - 1 no
  • Red grape juice - 60 ml
  • Button Mushrooms(quartered) - 120 g
  • olive oil(As reqd) -
  • Bay leaves - 6 nos
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 3/4 cup
  • Pepper corns(crushed) - 1 tsp
  • Water - 400 ml
  • Pepper powder(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken in tomato gravy, clean the chicken and dab maida over it. Fry it in hot olive oil. Remove and keep it aside.
  2. In the same pan sautT onions and garlic.
  3. Add in the pepper corns, water, fresh tomato, grape juice, pepper powder, salt, canned tomatoes and bay leaves. SautT it and allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove and strain into a clean pan.
  5. Place the chicken in the sauce. Sprinkle red peppers, green peppers and mushrooms.
  6. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Chicken in tomato gravy is ready.
