Chicken Kolukattai
We usually do sweet kollukattai and kara kollukattai , but i tried this kollukattai with chicken keema it comes wonderful taste and nice evening snack to our kid. My kid like this very much.

  • Rice flour – 1cups
  • Chicken Mince – 150gms
  • Onion 1medium
  • Green chili – 1chopped
  • Ginger and garlic chopped – 1tblsp
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Coriander and mint chopped(a small amount) –
  • Fennel seed 1/2tsp
  • Oil 2tblsp
  • Salt(required) –
  1. Heat the oil and add hot water and rice flour with salt
  2. Switch off flame mix together and make dove
  3. In pan add oil and fennel seeds
  4. In that add garlic and ginger and green chili
  5. Add onions and fry until it comes brown
  6. Add garam masala and salt mix well
  7. Now add chicken mince mix well in low flame
  8. Add mint and coriander and off the flame and keep aside.
  9. Take small amount of rice dove and shape like semi sphere
  10. Inside of dove stuff the chicken keema
  11. shape your kollukattai as your wish. i shaped like modak and ball type
  12. Finish all the stuffing and Steam with steamer
  13. Now its ready to eat. serve hot and tomato ketchup is rigth choice of dip
