Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken lahori, grind onions, green chilly, garlic, ginger, garam masala, salt and white pepper. Keep it aside.
  2. Take a bowl, add oil, chicken and salt. Mix well and grill for 10 minutes. Remove and keep it aside.
  3. Heat a vessel and fry the above paste in oil.
  4. Add in yogurt and dry fenugreek leaves. Mix well.
  5. Then add in the grilled chicken, milk, saffron and 1/2 cup of water. Mix it well and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Chicken lahori is ready. Serve hot with chapathi.
