  • Chicken liver – 1/2kg
  • Onion(large) – 1no
  • Green chillies 2nos
  • Ginger 1/4piece
  • garlic 4pods
  • Pepper – 2tbsp
  • Corriander powder – 1tbsp
  • Turmeric(a pinch) –
  • Corriander leaves(finelly cut) – 1cup
  • Oil(as rqrd) –
  • Juice of 1 lemon –
  1. Cut chicken liver into small piece wash and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
  3. Fry onions.
  4. Add finely cut ginger,garlic and green chillies.
  5. Add corriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric and fry well for a minute.
  6. Add chicken liver, salt and mix well and cover and cook for 20 minutes on a slow fire
  7. Once you see oil come out mix and fry will till mixture is dry.
  8. Add corriander leaves and lemon juice.
  9. Enjoy!!
