Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken mint sandwich, first cook the boneless chicken in water, salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Drain the water and allow it to cool.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes light brown. Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
  4. Blend chicken cubes with cream, mayonnaise, lime juice and pepper powder. Add salt if required.
  5. Put it into a bowl.
  6. Add in the fried onions and tomato. Mix it well.
  7. Spread crushed mint in a plate and keep it aside.
  8. Cut out the sides of the bread slices.
  9. Spread butter on each slice and then spread butter on the rim of the slice.
  10. Dip the sides of each buttered slice into the crushed mint so that it sticks to the outer rim.
  11. Spread a portion of the prepared chicken mixture on one slice and cover it with the other slice.
  12. Chicken mint sandwich is ready. Serve immediately.
