For preparing chicken/murgh lollipop, first cut the chicken wings into two.
Slide meat from the base of the bone to the tip using a sharp knife and mould into a lollipop.
Steam the lillipop using a steamer till half done. Allow to cool.
4)Make a batter by mixing together all ingredients except chicken: green chillies, egg, ginger-garlic pastes, chicken masala, soya sauce, chilly sauce, maida, pepper, red color and 1/4 cup water.
Heat sufficient oil in a frying pan, dip each lollipop in the thick batter and fry in medium heat to a golden brown color.
Chicken/murgh lollipop, a yummy mouth watering dish, is ready. Serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy.
