Instructions
  1. For preparing chicken pepper dry fry, in a bowl mix in green chillies, ginger, pepper powder, cinnamon powder, cloves powder, cardamom powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, lime juice, coriander leaves, curry leaves and salt.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the above masala for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Put the marinated pieces with the masala and 1/2 cup water in a vessel. Allow it to cook till done.
  4. Remove it from the flame.
  5. Separate the chicken pieces from the gravy.
  6. In a deep frying pan heat oil and fry the chicken pieces.
  7. Put the fried chicken pieces into the gravy and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Pour the remaining coconut oil into the gravy and mix it well. Remove it from the flame.
  9. Chicken pepper dry fry is ready. Serve hot.
