  1. Heat a little oil in a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add onions and fry till it is light brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato, chillies and tomato puree.
  4. Cook till the tomato`s smell is gone.
  5. Add chilly powder and garam masala.
  6. Add chicken and it is cooked, add curd and thaw it for 1 min.
  7. Finally, add the celery.
